If grading permits have been applied for, then they know for sure what they are building, is that not true? Then why is there no idea of what is actually get built? All we know is it’s supposed to be 32 and 6 stories? No up to date rendering? 
why does this particular project seem to be so hush-hush ?

Seems like Hensler has been "ready" to go with this one for about three years now.  Starting to wonder if he even has financing lined up.  The site is great for a tower with views that won't get blocked by anything with the amphitheatre and the river on two sides. I think Hensler did the Adelicia, but I'm wondering if banks are balking at that one as (maybe) not big enough to justify this one with all the retail proposed in it. IIRC the Adelicia had a lot of presales before it broke ground.  Then the Four Seasons could be hurting this one too.  Just wondering.

Well they had to wait till the parking garage was built.

Kinda a bummer  it lost five floors, but the rendering still looks good. It will still stand out in that location coming over the bridge.

I’m with you on that, Tishman has the potential to become Nashville’s new iconic tower. They have the knowledge, experience and financial to knock it out of the park. If they so choose.
