They should’ve named this “the commander” because it’s going to have the single most “commanding” presence from the east with its location and orientation.

I definitely think the color scheme and location will make it noticeable.  Its height relative to the other Sobro towers (especially if/when the Cumulus and Park Place projects arrive) will mute its prominence a bit, IMO.  Can't wait to see the impact, whatever it is!
