^ ^ ^ Some more details for those who can't get behind the Nashville Post paywall.

Phase I of The Landings will consist of:

- The Oxbow and The Wayward residential buildings (7 stories each with total of 651 residential units)

- 43,000 sq. ft. of ground level retail in two repurposed/expanded warehouse building close to the river

- 4 new streets ($20 million cost privately funded)

- Outdoor dining and plaza area

- Structured and surface parking

- Bike path connected to existing Cumberland River Greenway system

- SK+ I is the architect

- 24 month build out

- The infrastructure work could be approved at a Feb. 11 Metro Planning Commission meeting.

 

Phase II will include several more residential buildings with 500 units and 50,000 sq. ft. of additional retail space

Note the areas A, B, C D, & E are the ones that were bought by Creekside.

F-N comprise of about 25 acres that at this moment look to be a 12 year build out according to a Monroe Investment official. That could be sooner if market condition allow.

A-N are about 40 acres total.

Building A  is the one that will be saved, divided into two and have a structure built atop it on what is to be Building A south. Building A north looks to be a total rehab.

Lol the Top Golf complex is like a quarter the size of that entire development.  Man, I really hope they move out to the Opryland Hotel area or somewhere like that at some point.

No way keep too golf. Let them sell their huge parking lot.  It’s nice having activities like that close to downtown.

Yes---that has been proposed before to connect over to Taylor St. between The Griff and Neuhoff Plant development.

I agree with keeping Top Golf there, it's super fun and this development is practically going to shield it from view anyways. It's proximity is an asset and helps further the idea of the East Bank as an entertainment district.

I was thinking the same thing. Top Golf would be great at the Opryland hotel area, but there is so much developable land in/around downtown, that I think this adds a great experiential option for visitors (not to mention the fact that they have concerts there). Plus, it's a great place for corporate outings as well.

I guess you’re right if they can truly pull off what they’re planning near the Titans stadium.  Definitely would be nice if the east bank from the two interstate bridges was 100% complete with entertainment, retail, restaurants, hotels, NFL, MLB, business towers, etc.
