Where is this?

You can see in the image above from Mark that the yellow crane base had been placed. They are most likely erecting the tower crane for at least one of the Creeklane Buildings

River North Landings Phase II will be another 7 story, 85' structure with mixed-use elements of a max of 500 more residential units and 14,000 more sq. ft. of retail. MRP is the developer; SK +I is  architect; Civil Design is the engineer; Oculus is in charge of landscape architecture; and Carlyn and Co. is handling interior design. The team will go before the Metro Planning Commission on April 14th to seek final site plan approval.

Do we know how the pedestrian bridge will tie into the Neuhoff project across the river?

Lots C, D and E are all multi-family (99% sure I'll have to check some reference files I have in the office). It'll be really interesting to see what GBT proposes and how much it blends (really how little it will blend due to max height allowance) with the surrounding buildilngs
