I was in Nashville 10/6-10/9.  For the life in me I couldn't figure where the building below was as I driving along I-40 near Charlotte Pike.  The Top Golf netting helped me to figure it out.  So, anything in the height range of this building and taller will be seen from a distance.  That'll stretch the skyline view.

It appears Shake Shack will be opening their 5th Nashville area location at 2300 Bowline Ave. within the 12 acre River North Landings (1, 3, and 7 stories,  651 residential units, 80,000 sq. ft. of retail, 78,000 sq. ft. of office space).

All of the office buildings have now been officially 86'ed from the menu. The project has been scaled back now. As discussed in the last forum meet, we are unsure about what the Oracle project will look like. I for one am not too optimistic about Oracle now.

The corps see what's going on with inflation, high interest rates, the dollar no longer being the world's currency, the bank insolvencies, the corporate layoffs. It's a good thing the adults are in the room so they can fix this.

It was always going to be a ten year build out with 2031 being the year it was fully operational. I’m hoping they’re just waiting for current leases to run out and for the economy to stabilize. 

River North is changing (or has already changed) to district 19, so they may be waiting for that as well.

IF things ever get prosperous again and that's a supersized IF, Nashville will be an afterthought to the developers. They will have moved on to the next "happening" city. If Nashville is lucky a 90s type development pattern might happen (AT T). If Nashville is very lucky a 00s type development pattern might happen (Viridian, Pinnacle).

There will be no more 10s type development patterns happening ever again.
