Markley Station

The developer is in tenant discussions now. They spent $1.8mm on the buildings and land on the North side of Markley and $420k for the parking lot at Markley and Grace.

This is a GREAT project IMO. One of the previous iterations included tearing down one of the buildings for parking.  Glad to see that is no longer needed and sufficient parking will still be available.
