Markley Station

The developer is in tenant discussions now. They spent $1.8mm on the buildings and land on the North side of Markley and $420k for the parking lot at Markley and Grace.

This is a GREAT project IMO. One of the previous iterations included tearing down one of the buildings for parking.  Glad to see that is no longer needed and sufficient parking will still be available.

CO (Certificate of Occupancy) should be issued in 2-3 weeks unless weather delays. Two confirmed office tenants. In negotiations with wood fire pizza place. Getting lots of interest.

Just saw that Todaro's (NJ based pizza place that has been on College Ave in Clemson forever) is going to be one of the tenants at Markley Station. Also, the new mural next to the tracks looks great!

Building permit for $1,267,000 issued to 116 Markley St Space 102.  Not sure if this is for offices or a restaurant but it should be in the building closest to the Markley Place condos.
