 I am always amazed at the impact of this building on the Sobro skyline. Perhaps it's because it's sandwiched between two shorties, but great development!

Anyone know what the official height is (will be)?  And how that compares with official height of Omni?

If this group had yearly "academy awards" for development, this one would have to take the cake for "unsung hero".  No one expected much from this development but (I think) it's height and contribution to SoBro is substantial.  This one turned out to be a nice surprise.

That must be it.  The height makes the shorties look like shorties instead of 'normal.'  The variety of heights is pleasing to the eye.

If im walking along KVB, Hermitage Ave, or on 2nd South of KVB it really doesnt stand out as much in my photos.   From this angle, or from Molloy Street (as shown above) without the Bridgestone or SoBro Tower dwarfing it, has a bit more cowbell to it.
