A pretty nice Fairfield Inn.  I wonder how big these can go?

I did a little searching. There's a Fairfield Inn Times Square (NYC) at 33 floors.

One in Boston at 18 floors.

Atlanta at 16.

This one in Nashville isn't too bad at 7 floors, which makes sense as it's not at the city core.    Just some weird geek facts.

It's certainly bland, but it's also a Fairfield Inn. I think the bar low for that brand, and they did a nice job surpassing the expectation for it's name. I have larger disappointment in other buildings around the city. I like that they utilized the brick facing the major street and held the big VE for the non-main street side. My biggest complaint about this is that signage is very hard to read with that color up against the brick. The "banding" reminds me of Broadstone Gulch.

The hotel ended up being $5 million higher than projected, at $35 million final cost.  Currently about 15 on staff there, but when the hotel will be running at full capacity in the next few years, there should be around 60 full-time employees.
