Bookmarks new store in downtown Winston-Salem

Bookmarks Festival announced this week that they will open a bookstore/café in this beautiful building:

Here is a rendering of what the new Bookmarks space will look like. It will include an independent bookstore, a dynamic new event and meeting space for readers and writers, Bookmarks’ offices, coffee bar and café, and more! 
  This view is looking west from Spruce Street. West Fourth is to the upper right of the rendering. This should be quite the happening space when the book festival comes to town. The Bookmarks Festival has emerged as one of the preeminent book festivals. Here's but just a partial list of prominent authors who have attended the festival: John Grisham, David Baldacci, James Patterson,Jonathan Safron Foer, Colson Whitehead, Kate DiCamillo, Terry McMillan, Azar Nifisi.
