HRT considering "rush hour" routes to get riders to popular destinations in 15 minutes. It would start on the Peninsula, but could become a regional effort. HRT is also considering a Hampton to Norfolk express route.

I'm all in favor of improving the transportation around here and offering options other than driving. Unfortunately, as long as the HRBT is the way it is, an express route doesn't really mean much.

There is an unfortunate stigma about riding the bus. If their big plan is to have better bus routes its not going to really make the difference they may be hoping.
