Why is it taking longer for the tower to go up?

Getting great views of cranes. Just wondering if someone could get a close enough pic that actually shows some construction activity, i.e. a person with a hard hat?

^^^ Ironically I dont like to walk that far down Stonewall Street it is very pedestrian unfriendly at this point.  I did see some of the framing from 615 South College

Drove up Stonewall today and first photo is Montage and 2nd photo is Northwood Ravin tower and low rise apartments.

Tower is further up stonewall than you realize. There’s a big egress to the parking deck that’s not completely obvious. That’s why I looks like the tower won’t take up much room. The plaza is pretty substantial.

They just submitted revised plans for the tower, so not sure what happened. The scope didn’t change, so it didn’t get shorter or anything.

Uh oh. Hope there is no value engineering. I dig the original plan for this building, a lot more than Crescent. *fingers crossed*

I don’t think so. The changes were based on grading (a little late for that ) elevations and pedscape. I’m sure any final product will not look like the renderings, but I have higher hopes for this building than others,

I think the tower itself is in revisions for something minor with the planning dept.
