Injunction by SOF denied. Demolition should start Monday.

They're wasting the court's valuable time and resources by digging up a long settled issue simply out of spite and pride, or so it would seem.  That's pretty despicable in my book.

Yay!....and again I say, YAY!   Buildings starting to come down on stadium site.

What's really sad is the attorney for SOF  said that Metro would have to rebuild those buildings. Why rebuild something your not using?  I wish they had used dynamite and detonated it all at once. Big freaking book to them.

Mortenson/Messer is the Construction Manager for the Nashville MLS Stadium and is seeking proposals for Proposal Package 1.

The proposal package consists of the following contracts • Earthwork

• Site Utilities

• Playing Field

  The Project Manual consisting of contract documents and all proposal requirements will be available on April 6, 2020 in the following plan rooms:

• Building Exchange TN http://www.bxtn.org/

• BuildingConnected https://www.buildingconnected.com/

  Plan holders lists are also available upon request.

  A Pre-Proposal Conference will be scheduled prior to Proposals being due. Location and Date are still TBD. This information will be distributed two weeks prior to the Pre- Proposal Conference.

  Proposals are due no later than May 1, 2020 at 2:00pm CST.

Have they demolished all of the old buildings yet?  Saw this from the Speedway and didn't know if this was to use the new buildings or some ploy to stop demo?

The picture is the new buildings. The old buildings even if they are still there have no power.
