Everyone but Cincinnati who was competitive with us over the expansion and trash talked our lack of a soccer tradition. P.S. They only won four games this year.

They’ve been horrible since their debut. Couldn’t be happier to prove their internet fans wrong.

Yeah I’m not big on Twitter or whatever but it was like cincy fans were being paid to trash talk Nashville. No idea why.

No offense, but technically this was extra time (overtime) not stoppage time (make up time).  Rios scored on the rebound in the 108th minute which was early in extra time's second half.

With the win, Nashville SC will now be on national TV when they go to Columbus to face The Crew at 7 PM Sunday night, Nov. 29th, on ESPN.

The two previous playoff games were nationally televised....Play in was on ESPN vs Inter Miami FC 11/20/20; whereas, the most recent win was on FS1 last night.

I overlaid a transparent diagram of the original plan for the stadium and mixed use buildings over the aerial of the construction, outlined with the yellow fences. It appears that the buildings are just outside the construction fencing and not under construction. But, there is nothing in the way to hold up construction of the buildings whenever the developers are ready.

All 18 of the Loge Suites are sold out and 16 of the 25 luxury suites have sold out. Wow!

Construction schedule per public meeting last night:

January: steel erection starts onsite, beginning on the south side and working clockwise
March: pre-cast seating bowl erection, starts on same side and works clockwise
April: trades come in for interior rough-in construction
May: canopy steel erection and enclosure work

This project is placing $67M in the hands of small, women and minority-owned businesses.

Nearly 40 percent of the work hours so far have been done by minority and female workers.

I still have concerns about the size of this stadium, but only because of the infrastructure challenges. However, I would be equally as concerned if they were building a 20K stadium, as I feel they'd need to increase the size within 10 years.
