So people have beef with the private development more than the stadium itself? Would the ownership still be interested in the Fairgrounds without the surrounding development?

Yeah, the opponents aren't making any sense to me whatsoever.

I'd call them NIMBYs, but I'm sure a large number of them don't have yards in Nashville.

They’ve said they need the development to make the economics work.

This BS cracks me up. I’ve never met an actual Nashvillian that cherishes the fairgrounds.

Anthony Davis supports. 

Sharon Hurt does not support it seems. 

And also just realized if she votes no what it means.
