The site has been cleared.  The first floor restaurant has been officially announced and will be Del Friscoe's Grille.  That's a sister restaurant to Sullivan's Steakhouse that was demolished for this project.  The new restaurant will be pretty cool.  It's two stories open to the street.

Permits filed today and last Thursday state that construction will begin on 11/05.  The permits are for covered walkways around the site to protect pedestrians.

The site plan was approved and released today.  This one is good to go.  There was a pause between Demo and site prep because the site plan wasn't approved yet.  But it's 100% leased and financed and has no underground levels, so it'll be going up quick.  Site prep was scheduled to start today based on city permits.  But I can't confirm that.
