Hanes School Condos/Townhouses on Toy Street

DRB heard informal review for this project tonight. 

School (formerly occupied by SCU Credit Union) will be converted into 14 condos. A new floor will be added on top, which will be setback from the roof edge. 18 townhouses will be built around a green space along the periphery of the current parking lot. Townhouses will be two levels over a 2 car garage.

Windows in the old school will be replaced with ones closer to the appearance of the originals.

THIS sounds fantastic! Should be a nice boost for Pettigru! I've been hoping for more residential uses in this neighborhood. Hopefully we'll see more to come in the future.
