This just looks like a tiny hotel atop a disproportionately large garage. Guessing there is a level of Meeting rooms below the guestrooms.

As long as this garage matches the outside of the hotel and doesn’t take the 222 route, I’m good.

Just MHO, but I prefer it that way.  Maximize the scale.
