^^Architects got smart.  Looked at how awful the windows look in the Westin with the see-through glass and curtains, which makes it look terrible.  So…they come up with window designs like this where they actually control the look and make it almost artistic to keep the open or closed curtains from being a bad look.

It will be red. I’ll have to look back at the drawings posted earlier in the thread, but I believe it will be EIFS.
