^^^ Taylor Swift?? BTW, does she still have a residence in Nashville. She got called to Jury duty a year ago, so I assume she does.

From what I understand she has a place in the Gulch, and her mother has a place on Harding Place between Estes and Hillsboro. But this is pure hearsay, so I can't verify any of it. Enough people have told me it to where I believe it, though.

She lives on the top floor of the Adelicia. She tweeted about watching Vandy students move into their new dorms this time last year.

I had wondered if she still lived there. I had heard of a 2,000 foot penthouse condo selling for $100 or more per square foot some time ago and thought it might be hers. That answers my question.

I also heard at one time Ryan Seacrest has a condo up there, also. He and she do charity work together, so I guess it's like passing in the hallway and saying, "Hey, Taylor". Hey, Ryan." Wanna help out with my charity?" " Sure!"

I read Seacrest had condos in LA, NYC, London, Paris and Nashville (which does not belong with the others?).

Makes sense though if you are in the music business. (I assume Ryan Seacrest is in the music business. I have no idea what he actually does or why he is famous beyond being the host of American Idol. Kind of like the Kardashians, notwithstanding the obvious differences.)

There was a music-related sweepstakes contest a while back where the grand prize was a trip to either New York City, Hollywood, or Nashville. Always wondered if the people running it ended up "randomly" picking a country music fan to save on the expenses.

Also, Tay Tay doesn't even crack the top three most offensive "country" stars on that mural.

Seriously, what does that guy do?! I don't know any aspect of his job that I couldn't do myself.

Ryan Seacrest created the Kardashians. So your assessment is not far off.
