Not when we have so many poorly planned, under-executed, grossly expensive, taxpayer funded, what-could-have-been-in-their-place Stix with which to beat it.

I love all of the creative and unusual bike racks scattered throughout the city! My only negative critique about them is that it is rarely apparent to a casual passerby that the thing is even supposed to be a bike rack in the first place, so they are never used as such.
