711 North Trade St.Mixed Use Bldg in Winston-Salem's Arts District

Construction continues on an infill project on N. Trade St. next to Mary's Gourmet Diner and Famous Toastery the dueling brunch palaces in the Arts District. It's a 3 story mixed used building that has the third floor residential condominium that has already sold. Space is still available for office use on the second floor and retail on the first. It's giving additional density in that part of downtown and is a nice complement to the AFAS Bldg. that is currently under construction around the corner at Liberty/Seventh.
