I read a comment on this or one of the other boards that person thought the price for this building was quite steep for what it appears the state is getting. But two things in response IMHO, the design is much more impressive than the renderings depicted, and I understand the robotic library management system is state of the art, very advanced. I have no idea how much that cost, but I'm sure it's part of why the price is so high.
