I like the lines of this building. As long as they stay with high quality materials it should be quite handsome.

This and the TN State Museum are incredible compliments to the corners of the bicentennial mall. Looks and feels like DC.

This building is definitely less meh than the museum, but they still pale in comparison to the Capitol itself.

All we need now is a State Natural History Museum(or something similar ran by a private organization) built just to the south of this building and Bicentennial Mall will be complete. It’s already a great destination with the farmers market, the Mall itself, and the State Museum.

I love how these government buildings are still designed to look like they could survive a nuclear blast. The new State Library actually might--appears to be built like a tank.

Definitely. I have been wishing for a natural history museum or art institution ever since they announced the State Museum here. The State Museum has a little of both in its collection, but not enough to do either the service they deserve.

Interesting. I think the building is an excellent addition to Bicentennial Mall Park. Love the columns.
