That is actually the piece of property across Lafayette from the Mainland site.  Being sold separately. Another interesting triangular piece facing the roundabout.  I can see something quite nice going there someday.

Behind the paywall, but the basics are: The Post obtained a marketing packet related to the building which is currently being called One KVB Circle. Chicago-based architecture and engineering firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is designing. The booklet offers multiple images showing sleek and 21st century exterior and interior elements.

Though the design and cost to develop are  not yet finalized, according to sources, the high-rise is expected to include 475,000 square feet of Class A commercial office space, 25,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and parking for 1,200 vehicles.

Looks to be somewhere between 30-32 stories in the "front" section facing KVB Circle,  and perhaps 28 stories in the "back" section that faces the 3-way intersection of 7th Ave. South, Peabody, and Lafayette.  Because the structure is set into the hillside that drops at least 25 feet in elevation from the circle to the SE corner, it is hard to gauge some specifics from these renderings.  Probably a safe bet that at it's tallest point, it will be in the 375'-400' range.

Looking NE from above Lafayette. Street activation appears to be limited to just the roundabout on this side.  The steep incline dropping down to 7th/Peabody appears to have some landscaping/terracing along Lafayette.
