According to my math. Four seasons - 40 stories = 542 ft

542 ÷ 40 = 13.5

(13.5 x 6) + 542 = 623

Ritz Carlton - 46 stories = 623 ft

News on The Post now if someone wants to link it. Didn’t quiet make the height you wanted 569’.

- Lots of new renderings and diagrams.

- Height of the main tower will be 569'

- Residential Tower will be 396'

- Team will go before the Metro Development and Housing Agency Design Review Committee on Tuesday, Sept. 7, to seek concept plan approval.

What's up on the southern elevation? I see a low-rise wing jutting out to Lafayette, but nothing to show how the whole thing would look. 

Was a construction timetable given?

What if...now hear me out....they stacked the residential tower on top of the main tower?

Nashville's new Ritz Carlton is so big, that it's main tower will have more floors (46) than any other tower in the state.

And even the smaller tower is beats out the JW Marriott!

Would this be the “nicest” building in Nashville assuming it’s built?

By “nice” I mean a combination of aesthetic, budget, brand, etc

I remember reading in an earlier article that they were planning to move Q1 of 2022. We seem to be moving toward that, next thing to look for are grading permits, foundation permits, a final site plan, etc.

 

This building is gorgeous. I had hopes this might be a new tallest, but I’ll take a new second tallest, and a substantially higher occupied floor. This is really going to impose from the south, east, and west. I don’t think it’ll really stand out from the north as much, but we’ll see. 

Not a huge fan of vehicle access taking up so much of the Lafayette frontage. This is a really strangely shaped site with multiple uses, so I understand why. Love the dog park at Lafayette and Peabody/7th. 

Hoping it has a cool lighting scheme at night. Would be neat if the crown lit up, and if there were some vertical light strips along the tower.

Look closely at the 2nd of the two images you posted. Entry for hotel and apartments are indicated on KVB, and for condos on Lafayette.

This cutaway helped me understand where the entrances/exits will be. The 7th Avenue spur will be a level below the KVB and Lafayette entrances.

I have corrected the expected Height as well as the addition of the Residential Tower to the Wikipedia page. Should appear correct from now on.

Is there any possibility the MCC adjusts the facade facing the Ritz and KVB?  This whole side of the MCC is a little underwhelming.

They added that additional office space on the corner a few years back. So they seem like they are fine with making changes.

Let's start here....spectacular development as is!  Having said that, I'm starting a petition to compel the Ritz to stack the 10 unused floors of bonus height from the apartment building ON TOP of the main tower!!!  I give you...MEGA RITZ!!!!
