This on slipped under the radar. On VA. Beach Blvd across from the fire station a block from the arena. 

No idea what this is called btw. Looks like a substantial development, I'd love to see the whole corridor developed like this.

I was down at the beach last weekend, and I've noticed a few apartment complexes like that in the area. There's a pretty massive development near 25th and Pacific that looks really nice; I'd love to see that become the norm.

Would also love to see a high-rise apartment building along Atlantic...

This is pretty cool...wonder if it could spark similar programs throughout the region?
