From the Nashville Post:

Dallas-based Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has announced it has secured $40.7 million in construction financing for the development of a 15-story Hyatt House hotel for which a June groundbreaking is eyed in Midtown.

HFF worked on behalf of the developer, a joint venture between Atlanta-based Songy Highroads LLC and Hyatt Hotels Corp. of Chicago, to place the construction loan with Citizens Bank.

Construction of the Hyatt House Nashville West End is expected to be completed in early 2019. The hotel will be located on a 0.62-acre site at the northwest corner of 21st Avenue North and Hayes Street.

HFF Senior Managing director Ed Coco and Associate Matt Casey represented the developer.
