It’s a relatively cheap design, I suppose. Good thing is that since this is in midtown it shouldn’t look like every other building like it would in SoBro ;)

Gradiant finishes on the exterior is always hard to achieve and this is a shining example of why. the blending has to be done so perfectly it is hard to achieve. I applaud for attempting to bring the finish to life, but execution definitely missed the mark.

The cladding is nearly complete.  Some portions, where it is a solid white color, look fine.  The gradated sections of gray to white don't work so well.  But, overall, I think this is actually looking better than the initial renderings.

If they could've kept all the cladding this white color as on the western side of the building here, I think it would've been best. Looking NE along Hayes St., 1/2 block west of 21st Ave. North:
