They'll market to companies that can pay the rent. They don't care whether they have an affiliation with Amazon or Asurion.

Of course they'll rent the space to just about anyone willing to pay for it, but they'll definitely be marketing to companies who might see some additional benefit or value in being close to neighboring HQ's like Amazon and Asurion, because that additional proximity value can potentially lead to higher rates and/or greater lease longevity/stability.

It's a potential marketing advantage, so why do you think they wouldn't take advantage of it?

Up to 10th floor on north end, 9th floor on south end.

Looking SE from 14th Ave. South, 1/2 block south of Broadway:

A close look at this picture reveals that the rebar on the northeast corner has elbows on top.  This may mean that the rest of the tower is going to be steel like the Amazon tower.  Does anyone know for sure?

Is this the first office floor above the enormous parking pedestal?

It definitely appears that office floors have begun and they are concrete, not steel.  The elbows I saw earlier were for the top of the giant parking deck.

At least it will cover the parking garage, especially where it faces I-40!!  And I think the building will barely be 250 ft. tall based on diagrams in their brochure.

But those are massive floor plates.    Higher floor to ceiling height with office space, but not as many floors needed.
