Office Tower update.  Roof for mechanical deck being placed.

I am still wondering how the garage facing the interstate will look when finished.  The screen panels installed so far look fine.  But they seem to be going slow which makes me wonder if there is a problem or if the pattern will be different from the renderings.  Perhaps patience will be rewarded.

Well it can't possibly be worse than Capstar building and 1212's garages look, so it has that going for it.

RSM US LLP, one of the largest accounting firms in America, has singed a lease for 18,000 sq. ft. in the Gulch Union office tower that will start in October.  They currently have 50 employees scattered among numerous locations around the city.  This new space could hold up to 120.

Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, another accounting firm, announced it was leasing 8,000 sq. ft. last month.

This brings the total space leased so far to 8% of the 329,000 sq. ft. available.

I am speculating, but I am assuming that the intent is to make it appear like a translucent wall that glows via the lighting of the parking structure. Almost like a polycarbonate wall.

It may also be to allow air flow. Otherwise you need to find ways to circulate the air.

Maybe they will just collapse out of shear fear. But, it looks as if the parcel is owned by McDonalds real estate holdings out of Columbus Ohio.

I noticed blue tower crane take down by red tower crane.

This one looks to me like they were tasked with building another office building for Cool Springs, made up of parts from five existing Cool Springs office buildings.
