Tapestry at The Printing House (Hilton brand), 10-12 stories, 175 rooms, 3rd South & Peabody

There is  no mention of this project on the Sun Development website    who is supposed to be developing this site. I know they requested more height than the zoning would allow. Were they turned down?  After no word on this for a year and a half, I would assume tis project is dead.

Who knows!... But he Sun Development owns the property and is collecting rent from JE Dunn and they are probably there for a while as they are finishing the Tri Brand Marriott and just starting the Margaritaville Hotel. They may be there even longer if they get the contract on the Hyatt on Third.

On the same note, White Peterman owns the land they are planning on building the Embassy Suites and Curio. Now if for sale signs go up, then there is a problem.

I have been surprised that JE Dunn has kept those offices open with their new office on Hermitage done, but I guess they don't really have any construction trailers on site really, so this is a pseudo trailer?

You are correct. There are a number of construction companies that have project offices spread through the core. Skanska, Turner, JE Dunn to name a few. Lots of subcontractors as well in office space.

Demo of the existing structure is slated for Q1 2019.  This project is not dead.

It's resurrection day in Nashville!  All the dead properties are coming to life!

Lets rename this area Hotel Row.

At least if somebody drunkenly asks where their hotel is a good Samaritan could point and have a high percentage chance of guessing right haha
