I agree, the density is still nice. As someone mentioned on a different thread the other day, that area south of Peabody could really use some love, and this certainly helps. Hopefully one day in the near future, this one will look like a midget compared to surrounding developments like 2nd and Peabody, 4th and Lea, etc.

Bravo! What great infill.

It looms larger there than the height really is. Adds really terrific, ever-increasing density to that area. 

Now to get 2 or 3  more 10-15 story buildings near there, and then add a couple more 20-30 ones, and the district will be filled in so well.

I'm gonna quote Mark from early on in the thread, but there is not going to be a ton of window wall/curtain wall on this job. The envelope is prolly waiting on certain trades or possibly client money to move the exterior envelope forwards. We will be seeing a lot of metal stud going up to enclose this building.
