Here is Richmond, Virginia's flag and seals:

Richmond's Flag:

Could only find Richmond's seal with "Public Schools" written under it, but you get the point:

Miami:

The orange on the flag symbolizes the orange blossom and green our tropical foliage.

Miami-Dade County flag, brand mark, and seal:

Blue and green are the county's official colors and are use extensively in county branding. Blue represents the water and sky, and the green is for our yearround green tropical foliage.
