If they stay working at this pace - The Bohemian could possibly be open in time for the August 2020 RNC.  My purely speculative timeline below! :tw_expressionless:

Building Top Out - Mar/Apr 2019

Building Facade/Cladding Complete - May/Jul 2019

Mechanical / Electrical Complete - Nov/Dec 2019

Interior Fixtures & Upfit Complete - May/Jul 2020

Online / Phone Registration/Room Bookings - Jun/Aug 2020

Open for Business - Jul/Aug 2020

Awesome infill. 

Just walked by it a few minutes ago, very imposing and will be great addition for that area.  The lot behind the GB is going to be the tricky one...someone who wants to be flanked by 3 parking garages with no retail.  The location is pretty good, but would like to see a bgood/jj's, type reno in one of those decks.

Meh. I've heard rumors out there that theres a plan to redo 129 W. Trade, which includes demolishing and rebuilding the deck with retail. So thats 1 of three.

According to their website the hotel will open in early 2020 and they will give them enough time to work out any kinks (but doubt they will be many) before the RNC.

Kessler is one of the best hoteliers in the country I do believe.  I have been to his Savannah hotels and this one will be nice and be fitting for this city.

Joining with Marriott as a part of their Autograph Collection means the backing of the worlds largest hotel reservation system too.  

Look at the rendering of the room and look through the window you can see the Charlotte Plaza it was one magical view! LOL
