I been back to biking a bit to work again and guys if you can, visit this corner.  Hang out at the park over by the Subway and just take in the awesomeness that is these two privately held sites developing into a much more urban elevation.   This is my favorite corner right now!

The garage you're photo is from is 7 stories IIRC from my days of parking there for work.  Is the garage view that obstructed by EPC?

The garage has Fifth-Third blocking the lake from that perspective. 

I would also add that nobody noticed much, but  you can see  the scale of Florida Hospital   "The Yard" and "Broadstone Lake House" in the background. 

Noticable to me, at least.

You can use the google earth altitude feature to accurately determine the height.  Your vantage point is too low,  the first floor of Radius is 22ft with 11.5 flr clear heights for each following floor.  At that rate the 7th story  should be ad minimum 79.5 feet in the air, add 5-6 feet for vantage point.

This blocking is at 85' if you move your perspective to directly on top of it you will get a more accurate perspective.

They were putting up metal decking to start the second floor of the Hotel the last couple of days.

Its funny because you can see that in the photo ChiDev posted, but its so close to Radius, it just looks like part of that construction.
