Topped off june/july.  First Occupancy likely in September-October, full completion likely in November (punch list).

You have to remember that there is a lot less to pour for the remaining floors, 7th is the transfer slab from parking to amenity deck, so things may even speed up once it is done.

Compared to the turtlesque 520 E. Church and Yard House (not to mention the proliferating VMC’s), that’s warp speed. Color me impressed.

Meh... TBF the interiors of those apts is pretty basic so there was limited work there related to finishes.
