Class

One of the grandest old houses in Orlando on Lake Adair is up for sale according to Bungalower, with awesome pics to boot. When you talk about one of the classiest addresses in one of the best neighborhoods in OC, this is it. It's so much more awesome than the McMansions in Isleworth IMHO:

Bungalower notes these Art Deco apartments on Lake Davis were up for sale and then the listing was pulled. I've always liked these great little units in a great neighborhood:

Thanks for the share! I actually had no idea they were there until someone sent me the listing. They're so cool! I'm actually wondering if they count as micro-housing under the new rules set by the City. If that's the case, it could be a precedent for Tiny House developments downtown ... they just wouldn't have that boxy, Art Deco charm.

When we talk about Class, this  takes it to a whole new level. For those who like tall buildings, aren't you sad Hard Rock's HQ left town? Wow!

Our loss is Hollywood's gain!
