The NY Times just published this story about drag queens at libraries across the boroughs (it's hilarious for something you'd find in the Gray Lady):

It's truly amazing how far we've come in our humble burg in embracing diversity (and especially for those of us who remember battles waged at institutions like the library to get us here. 

The kids love it and folks once consigned to the fringes (heck, throw in a shout out for our wildly successful Fringe Festival, too!) know this is their community, too. Great job, OCLS!
