If I'm an out-of-town guest planning a week-long vacation in Nashville, I'd stay at the Graduate in a heartbeat. Unlike many of the nondescript, cookie-cutter chain hotels downtown, this one screams Nashville and makes its guests feel like they're part of a fun, exciting community.  This hotel becomes part of the guest's Nashville experience instead of an afterthought or just a place to sleep at night.

Millennials are normally listed from 1980-2000...which would make millennials 40-19.  But yes...this would be geared towards bachelorettes (probably in their 20's and 30's...Millennials)...and would cover college Millennials and Gen Z college kids.  I would say the sweet spot for this style and venue would be 19-35 aged women.

Most media now use 81-96.  basically, graduated high school between 2000 (me) and 2014.

but yes this is geared toward people 19 to early 30s.   i dont know any women my age that this would appeal to at all.

Yeah...but you're saying you're 40.  I said 19-36...so....

Btw...I'm a woman...and I know women in their 40's and 50's who would actually love it.  So...it's very subjective.  But I still believe the sweet spot is younger...especially college-aged.

I never mentioned it, but my wife and I stayed here a couple nights after our house lost power. They were very gracious to only charge 99 a night to tornado victims. Just a few insights:

The rooms are small. More like a NYC hotel room. Nicely appointed though. 

They currently have elevator attendants  for their 12 story building. I think it's because the interface is rather confusing. You have to enter the floor on a numpad and then choose which door (front or back) you want opened. I am guessing a lot of guests got frustrated so they hired attendants. 

Bessy's on the roof was supposed to open at the end of March according to an employee. That of course didn't happen. Look forward to trying it when it does.
