Keep in mind that onsite renewables don't always generate that much energy.

The Strata building in London has 3 wind turbines built into the top of the building. When they are running as they should, they produce enough energy to power all the lights in the egress stairs. And that's it, a little less than 8% of the building's energy usage or about 50 Mwh. Keep that in mind when wanting token renewables on the building. Better that they spend the money on the building envelope and systems to make the building as efficient as possible.

Lets get more, knock that that thing off! I guess Intercontinental will be shorter that PNC, correct ?

yea PNC is pretty tall. 538 feet. I don't see it getting knocked out of the top 10 for quite a while, sadly.

Say it ain't so! lol.  All we need is SunTrust&Bank and a dark horse!  Wasn't the rumor that ST&B was looking for space equivalent to twice the Ally Center?  I could see PNC being knocked out of top 10 by 2025 if everything falls right, but what do I know.

SunTrust/BBT?

that would leave just 1 more tower. Assuming suntrust goes 650ft+

I would think Suntrust has a good chance of being around 600 feet. I expect honeywell to be around 400'

Has it been confirmed that BB&T will build a new tower?

We don't even know the name of the future company, so no. But I have a couple sources that say they are looking for more space than can be accommodated in any existing development.

Just saw this building announced on the internal company portal, and came straight here to post about it.  Hahahahahahahaha, guess I'm a little late to the party.

Never too late to join the party. We are just waiting for the champagne toast

Trust me you don't want to be on to LU3

That’s great news that a new tower will rise!

Why, more like LU1 than LU2 ?

I don't have any hard info, but have heard rumors that it's going to be bad
