The plans on Accela appear to be scheduled for approval on/by Wednesday April 10 and then they should be clickable, no?

rarely works that way, but I wouldn't doubt it in this case. Since its time sensitive.

I saw they were setting up something when I walk through the site.

The machine was about 30 yards to the right yesterday, and more of the parking lot was blocked off. Seems like they opened most of it back up.

the engineering firm out there is Batson Cook Engineering so I guess they will be the GC on this tower.   and yes while at lunch I grabbed a shot too.  The little drink cart is still there for now.

Well there were low slung main street style buildings there as late as 1978. but by 1998 they were gone.
