Looks like the Hut got dinged up pretty good. Not sure that was there before. Tell me if I am wrong.

Dang - They still have drill rig in the pit, Drilling, Blasting, excavating Rock.  I’ll need to up my estimate from late 1st Quarter to Mid 2nd Quarter (May) of when Vertical Construction could/will reach street Level (Tryon Rd).

I LOVE that we are at a point in Charlotte's development that symmetry is the big discussion.  I remember a time when we were all wondering when new towers would ever be announced.  Now I feel like I can'teven keep up with all the building.  Symmetrical or not I say just build, build, build!!

Let's  not forget about this building a 1 Million sq ft 40 story tower.   I am liking the different crane colors easier to identify projects from a distance.  Red crane for convention center.  Yellow cranes here.  Blue cranes on Legacy towers and JW Marriott. Yellow on FNB Tower.  

Third photo is a Spanish built stone sentry post the historic predecessor to the parking payment  hut.  ( El Morro San Juan PR USA)

So, on a scale of "don't do that again" to "you're going to monster jail," what's the risk of a few of us heading by the construction sight, picking up the parking pagoda, loading it onto the back of a pickup truck, and placing it in a safer location?  Cuz, if it's on the "what is actually wrong with you guys" level of punishment if we get caught, I'd like to put it atop the podium where Silent Sam used to stand.

Yall know I am more interested in the coastal colors as posted before. My ulitimate line of Sea Shacks a respite from a hot day at the beach.   Plus I have preapproved with major picky HOA boards to allow these in upscale neighborhoods across the Carolinas like Ballantyne, Daniel Island in Charleston, and various large communities in Hilton Head Bluffton metro area.   Even Dilworth historic society is okay with certain dull colors preapproved.  These He/She Sheds and Sea Shacks will be available for preorder soon. 

Keeping it on topic what is everyone thoughts on how many floors will be up by late August?
