Yes I am aware that the 40 stories is what is highly likely for this tower. I even added that I too believe it’ll be 40 stories and that it would be shock, exactly because what is already on this thread. I would also just like to point out that construction doesn’t end up being what is shown until the project is at certain level of progress.
*Usually they end up looking like the information they put out, but issues and changes happen. (What I mean by this is it could be shorter rather than taller lol. I also doubt this)

Would be cool if it were 50 stories but I don’t think that it’ll be that lol.

I took that to mean that the Crane itself may be 50 Stories not the building.

I am hoping that will change one day. Companies aren't building for vanity height anymore. I think a taller building will come along when the economics make sense.

The impact of this already is mind blowing! I personally think that this tower will be one of the few buildings that exceed expectation from rendering ms to real life. The skyline will be way more full and the ground will get plenty more activity.

I had guessed this past June about 10-12 floors above street level by the end of December. Give or take a couple.
It seems to be right on track for that.
Did we have a pool going on here ? If so do I win any Krispy Kreme or anything?

Last 600 footer for a while?  Don't know but this one is rising.  Today. 

My thoughts more high rises in Southend but in the 20-30 story range or less.

What's most striking about this project, compared to other recent towers, is how CLEAN this building looks. The scale alone is impressive - it looks like it's going to be tall. But the concrete just looks sharp and well done compared to other towers. I have ZERO knowledge of concrete but this just feels like a higher quality build to me as a layman.

I find it quite peculiar that at this point in time, these angles make it look like it is going to be a copycat building (DE2).  We do know that the top will be different.  Interesting perspective.
