I think the real question everyone is missing is whether the Dynamic Health Carolinas office on South Blvd. will build a mini version of this tower to go with the other one.

I am taller than anything under construction in downtown Midtown Atlanta, downtown Nashville,  downtown Dallas. I am DEP.   And the parking hut survives and hopefully we can work something out with KJ on its transfer.   Save the Hut!

For Sale a concrete bunker like building next to the convention center and a brutalist style office building with light sculpture on the side FOR SALE.   Prepare your offers now.  

I can see the 526 S Church property as an extension of Legacy if they want to do it and obviously a large hotel on the data center site

I thought that was already planned out across the street from the Nascar Hall of Fame, where they have been doing construction staging.

I always thought that was for convention center expansion itself.  given the environment we are in now I am not sure any more expansion of the CC or a new big hotel will be built but I wish they would at least buy the data center land and plan for the future.

We've so many sites in Uptown where renderings have been presented and it takes years upon years before ground is broken. 

Reasonable to say that the Duke properties are 8-10 year deal horizons?

Probably especially the data center site on S College.  However the 526 S Church site is a great site that could be developed quicker depending on the buildout of Legacy.
