Here is the JLL marketing deck for those 2 Duke properties and it makes it very compelling.  Biz Journal is reporting they will take offers until end of the year and Duke will decide in the 1 Q 2022

My only quibble with the marketing materials is that it is one of the "last remaining mixed use opportunities in Uptown".  Apparently, they haven't wandered through 1st or 2nd ward lately. Ha!

Those 700 jobs probably average 340k. Lots of execs making millions, directors making around that and plenty of people downhill from there.

I've tried looking at the beginning of this thread (too many pages now) to find the layout of how the retail is going to.  What's the numbers for this again?  I believe there are retail spots in the parking deck facing college street, but was wondering the situation facing Tryon.

Not sure if a leasing plan was done for the retail but I do believe some faces College St and at least one space facing Tryon but not sure.

I think they mean land that is for sale. Are there a lot of mixed use zoning lots for sale in uptown? If not then I think that’s what they meant by that…maybe? Lol
