that open ceiling does NOT look good.  They didn't even upgrade to the more expensive, but better looking round HVAC ducts!

open ceilings simply do not say "we are $21 billion dollar megacorporation"

It's fairly typical in office high-rise design these days, but I'm surprised they don't have some dropped ceiling clouds in select places (or maybe they do, just not in this photo).

I see the CGS platform is close to completed for the most part and where the canopy columns will be I think. I wonder if it will be just a regular simple steel canopy or something more interesting, by looks of those column footings it doesn’t look like a typical steel canopy. Could be wrong I guess.

Should be much more interesting.  We will see!

^^ Thanks Mgelbach.  I don't think I like the idea of it having a similar lighting theme as DEC1 although I don't know how it could be done differently. Maybe the top portion? This city doesn't have room for any more crowns lol. Guess I'll wait until I see this thing lit up.

Not a big fan of parking garages, but this garage looks a bit like a jewel box or perhaps a modern art museum.  As garages go, this is a stellar one.  Makes the Lowe’s tower garage integration look like a cheap dump.  At this point, Uptown still churns out the higher caliber projects, in my opinion.

Yeah, it's pretty wild to compare this parking deck to the Ally one next door.
