Hotel is 225 rooms and full service.

Page 101 thru 144 is the Full Service Hotel and extension of Waterfront Park. Link won't last but a couple of weeks.

The exterior architecture reminds of the new Bennett Hotel at Marion Square.  Must be the southern window shutters.

This could easily be a $100M project, and that's excluding the land cost.  The losers are the owners of the million dollar condos immediately across the (Concord) street.

The land was $38mm plus there would be demo costs involved as well.

BAR has given final approval with a planned fall groundbreaking.  Demolition of the old SCPA HQ building is underway.
