Since none of the buildings from the late 80s are present, I would guess 70s or first half 80s.
I'm guessing about 1983.
With a focus on Mandrel and Conway Twitty...I'd say early 80's.

Its crazy, but I think I remember the commercial. The music rings an old bell in my old brain.
Yeah, I also vaguely recall this commercial airing. The shots of the skyline clearly point to around 1982/83. The rest of the video and fashions/hairstyles are from no later than the 1983-85 period, so overall that would be the date.
