Austin is hot!  Sounds like you'll be getting a new tallest again and again for a few years to come.  Sweet!

This current new tallest is just a couple floors away from topping out at 874'.  The developers (Lincoln & Kairoi) are building the next next new tallest which is the U/C Waterline supertall.  Meta (Facebook) pre-leased 100% of the office space.

I'm wondering if this will end up becoming the "Meta Tower".  Meta (Facebook) pre-leased 100% of the office space.  No word yet on whether "Meta" signage will be installed on the mechanical screen like the "Indeed" signage on their neighbor's HQ.

Here's a nice view of Sixth & Guadalupe just days before it's recent topping out.  Well, we know this won't be called the Meta tower now even though they apparently signed a 10-12 year lease for all the office space.  Meta is cutting back on office leases across the country, and have decide to sublease their space in this tower.

A recent view after the official topping out.  This current new tallest at 874' is still a ways away from being occupied, but it could fall to fourth tallest in less than five years.
