I have it on good authority that all three hotels that are currently stalled in construction phase will restart by fall/winter. This includes Intercontinental, Homewood Suites and a new flag at Stonew

Pretty sure he was talking about Lennar that they scheduled for the fall start.  as for Levine they might be taking bets in Vegas on whether it gets off the ground 2018.2019, 2020 or 2100?

I know someone posted this elsewhere but since it is apart of this block's development I will put it here too.

The architect makes me think we will get another awful design like the Residence Inn in 3rd ward, or the Hampton Inn in 2nd. Barf.

ah, thats right. I think I've only ever seen the sign from the highway, not its burnt umber gorgeousness in person. WOW. Breathtaking
